ORDER & RETURN POLICY
All products must be paid in full prior to ordering.
Proof of purchase must be present at the time of pick up.
The buyer is responsible for the inspection and acceptance of products upon receipt.
All claims must be made upon receipt of goods.
All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and must be accompanied by the original receipt.
All returns must be in original packaging and condition.
No cash refunds, credits will be applied to future purchases.
Special orders cannot be canceled or changed after the order is placed.
Anything ordered for the client that is not stocked in the store is considered a special order.
Cliffside Studio does not accept returns or exchanges on floor model products, special finish fixtures, toilet seats, parts, bath accessories, custom counters, custom cabinets or other custom-built items.
15% restocking fee on stock items and 35% restocking fee on special order items (additional shipping charges may apply).
Please allow up to two days for your return to be processed.
